Welcome to Artiamo, a site about photography, Oil paintings and ... art!

The idea to get our own website started in 1999. In the beginning, we created a very simple site in pure HTML as there weren't any CMS-like systems out just yet (well, no free ones anyway). As years went by, we made lots of improvements to the site, starting with Frontpage, going to Dreamweaver with PHP and finally ending up with … Joomla! A never ending story, as we’re installing new modules, creating (or adapting) new templates… just to please you! As we speak (January 2008), we've switched to the all new (and still a non-official Release Candidate) Joomla 1.5 RC4. Besides a few minor problems (and the lack of some modules or components being 1.5 ready), it's running smoothly and rock stable! Hope to keep it that way!

Anyway, for your convenience, we made the website rather straight forward with just an easy menu at the left to navigate. Make sure you visit our gallery, as that’s what this site is all about. I sure hope you enjoy the ride!
